Keladi Yu Mua – resep Vegetarian

Resep
1. keladi dipotong-potong ukuran sesuai selera, lalu kukus.
2. setelah masak & gak panas, dibalur dengan tepung putri (kering), lalu goreng keladinya, sisihkan.
3. gongseng yu mua, kasih gula merah yg uda masak & saring, garam, kaldu jamur.
Jika ada buat manisan kietna, bole kasih airnya dikit, masak ampe agak kental baru masukin keladi yg uda digoreng.
