Tempe Tumis Paprika Kencong – resep Vegetarian

Bahan
1 ppn tempe, potong miring
1 bh tomat, potong memanjang
3 bh cabe merah, buang biji
1/4 bh paprika
1 bh kencong, iris tipis
sekeping jahe iris-iris
air secukupnya

Cara
Masukin minyak sedikit, setelah agak panas masukin jahe, biarkan sebentar, Lalu masukin paprika, cabe, kencong, tempe tumis sampe wangi.
Baru masukin tomat, aduk rata.
*Masukin air sesuai selera.
* Tambahkan garam, kaldu jamur, & lada putih. Aduk dan tumis sampai meresap.
