Chi Chi Teriyaki – Resep Vegetarian
Bahan
– Jamur tiram 6 lbr
– tepung kana 6 sdm
– biji wijen secukupnya
– saus tiram 1 sdm
– kecap manisI sdm
– mokoceng 1 sdt
– garam secukupnya
– gula 1 sdm
– tepung maizena 1 sdt
– jahe 1/2 sdt cincang
Cara
Tepung dibagi kering dan basah. Lalu jamur dicelup dibasah dulu baru ke kering, ulang 3 kali. Goreng hingga matang. Angkat dan sisihkan. Tumis jahe, masukkan semua bumbu, dan kentalkan dgn maizena. Siap disajikan.
