DADAR PARE resep vegetarian

Dadar Pare
bahan
*1 buah pare
*1/2 buah wortel parut
1/2 btg jagung manis dipipil
*3 butir telor dikocok lepas
garam, Lada, penyedap jamur, gula pasir secukupnya.
*1 sdm margarin

cook:
1. pare korek bagian tengah, iris-iris & diremas dengan 1 sdteh garam, biarkan sejenak baru bilas bersih.
2. panaskan wajan, masukkan pare, wortel, jagung, beri gula sedikit. Aduk hingga agak kering.
3. masukkan margarin, lada, penyedap jamur, aduk rata.
4. Setelah matang, tuangkan kocokan telor, beri sedikit kecap asin. masak hingga matang.
