TEMPE GORENG TEPUNG
Bahan:
1 btg Tempe, iris tipis
10 sdm Tepung putri
6 sdm Tepung Hup Loong
8 Lbr Seledri ptg halus
Air
Bumbu Halus
Ketumbar giling halus
Kecap asin Mushroom soy sauce
Kaldu jamur

Cara:
Taruh di mangkok ketumbar campur dgn kecap asin Mushroom, kaldu jamur aduk sampai rata.
Balurkan ke tempe yg telah dipotong, diamkan dulu di kulkas supaya meresap.
Tuang tepung putri, tep hup loong di 1 wadah, tuang air perlahan hingga tepung tercampur rata, masukkan daun seledri aduk rata.
Jangan terlalu encer ya adonan tepungnya.
Panaskan minyak.
Celup tempe ke adonan lalu digoreng dgn api sedang hingga matang.
