Cah Mie Sagu Bengkalis

Bahan:
Mie sagu
Protena
Cabe giling
Tauge
Sawi
Telur
Kecap asin
Kecap manis
Kaldu jamur
Garam

Cara:
Tumis protena yg udah direndam dg alir, masukkan telur & sawi. Tambahkan kecap asin, kecap manis & cabe, aduk rata. Tambahkan air (sesuai selera). Udah mendidih masukkan mie sagu. Setelah mie sagu agak lunak baru tambahan kaldu jamur & garam. Terakhir masukkan tauge. Tumis sampe taugenya udah dikit layu.
Siap dihidangkan.
