Dendeng Rusa Veggie

Bahan
Daging rusa vege 200gr (su rou pian)
Saus tiram vg 1 sdm
Ketumbar digonseng & blender
Kecap manis 2 sdm
Gula 1.5 sdm
Saus tomat 1 sdm
Tpg maizena 1/2 sdt
larut ke 2 sdm air

Cara
daging rusa vege dipotong sesuai selera, lalu goreng sebentaraja, angkat. tinggalkan dikit minyak di wajan, Lalu masukkan saus tiram, saus tomat, kecap manis, gula & dikit air. masak sampe mendidih baru tuang air maizena, ketumbar, daging rusa, aduk rata.
siap disajikan.
Bagi yg gak suka konsumsi daging nabati, boleh ganti dgn tempe.
