Krupuk Ubi Cabe

Bahan
1 kg krupuk ubi
150 gr cabe haluIs
100 gr gula pasir
100 gr gula aren
1 sdt garam
1 sdt kaldu jamur
Cuka
Minyak utk goreng

Caranya
1. Rendam krupuk ubi dg air selama 10 menit. Tiriskan dg saringan & biarkan mengembang selama 10 menit.
2. Goreng sampe agak kuning. Sisihkan.
3. Tuangkan minyak lebih kurang 100 gr. Masukkan cabe halus, gula pasir & gula aren. Aduk trus dg api kompor yg kecil.
4 Trus masukkan garam & kaldujamur, aduk lagi
5. Setelah udah sedikit mengental masukkan cuka. Aduk Lg seperti karamel
6. Matikan kompor. Masukkan krupuk ubi yg telah digoreng. Aduk rata.
Siap disajikan.
