UBI KUKUS resep vegetarian

Ubi Kukus

Bahan:
1/2 kg ubi kayu (setelah dikupas)
1 bks yen chai cing (bubuk agar-agar)
2.5 gls air (500cc)
2 ons gula putih
2 sdm tep. kanji Sanghi

Cara:
Semua bahan dicampur jadi satu, lalu kukus.
Biarkan dingin di kulkas.
Makan dengan kelapa parut tambah garam sedikit.
