Kentang Jamur Herbal Soup- Resep Vegetarian

Bahan:
2 pc kentang, potong-potong
8 pc jamur hioko, rendam semalam
Yosemjiu/akar ginseng
Angco/kurma merah
Kici/goji berry
Garam
Kecap asin

Cara
Siapkan panci, isi air & didihkan.
Masukin kentang, jamur & yosemjiu.
Rebus sekitar 1,5jam / sampe kentang/ jamur lunak dengan api sedang.
Masukin angco & kici.
Rebus bentar, tambahkan garam & kecap asin.
Cek rasa, matikan api. Siap dihidangkan.
