CAH BUNCIS TERONG – resep vegetarian

Bahan:
*15 btg buncis
*1/2 btg wortel
*1 buah terong
*1 sdm caipo asin
*1 sdteh jahe cincang
* garam bila perlu
*1/2 sdteh penyedap jamur
*1/4 sdteh merica
*1/2 sdteh bbq sauce vege

Cara
1. Panaskan wajan, beri minyak sayur, masukkan caipo dan jahe, ongseng sejenak.
2. Masukkan semua sayuran, tumis hingga layu.
3. Beri sedikit air & bumbu dapur, tumis lagi, angkat &
sajikan.
