KEMBANG TAHU

Bahan kembang Tahu:
1 Liter air tahu
1/2 bgks agar2
3 sdm gula
1 sdm maizena +
100ml air (larutkan)

Cara buat:
Masak air tahu, bubuk agar2 & gula dgn api kecil, sambil diaduk terus.
– Setelah mendidih matikan api, tambahkan larutan maizena, aduk sebentar.
– Saring & taruh di wadah lain.

Kuah:
500cc air
100gr gula merah
2 ruas jahe
1 Lbr daun pandan
