CHAI WAN resep vegetarian

CHAI WAN

Bahan:
– 2 ons kol diiris tipis
– 2 bh wortel diparut kasar
– 2 ons tauge
– 4 btg seledri dicincang halus
– 10 bh cabe merah potong bulat
– 8 sdm tepung terigu
– 5 sdm tepung beras
– garam
– kaldu jamur
– cabe bubuk (bagi yang suka pedas)
– ketumbar bubuk
– merica bubuk air
– minyak utk menggoreng

Cara:
– campur semua bahan, aduk rata. goreng hingga kecoklatan, angkat dan siap dinikmati.

Nb: kekentalan sedang ya… boleh tambahkan
tepung bila terlalu encer.
