Rendang tempe vegetarian

Rendang Tempe

Bahan:
500 gr tempe potong& goreng, sisihkan
1 buah air santan kelapa

Bumbu halus:
15 biji kemiri
1 ruas jahe
1 ruas lengkuas
1 jari serai
100 gr cabe merah
2 sdm ketumbar
2sdm Lada
5 biji kapulaga
5 biji cengkeh
6 sdm kelapa sangrai

Bumbu lain:
Serai, Lengkuas digeprek
daun salam, daun jeruk
Secukupnya garam, gula pasir, penyedap jamur.

cook
1. Tumis semua bumbu hingga harum.
2. Masukkan santan, biarkan hingga mendidih dan aduk dgn api kecil.
3. Masukkan tempe goreng, masak hingga kering, angkat dan sajikan.
