Sup Apel Herbal – resep masakan vegetarian
Fungsi: meningkatkan stamina

Bahan:
Apel 1 buah (bisa ganti pir)
Angco 9 butir
Tongsim 15 gr
Goji Berry 15 qr
Longan 25 gr
Air 750 ml
Kalau mau lebih manis, boleh pakai gula batu.

Cara Masak:
*Kupas kulit apel dan potong kecil. Tongsim potong kecil.
Cuci semua bahan.
*Masukkan tongsim, Iongan, gojiberry, angco dan air ke dalam slow cooker
*Masak selama kurang lebih satu jam, sampai obat herbal wangi. Lalu masukkan apel. Masak hingga apel lunak.
