Kuah Lontong/ Sate Padang Resep Vegetarian

Cara masak kuah:
1. Rebus bengkuang, sere, daun jeruk, daun salam, 1 potong asam & Lengkuas sampai wangi. Lalu saring.
2. Rebus kentang, lalu saring, taruh di kuah rempah tadi.
3. Kasih bumbu halus beli siap pake yg vege (10ribu)
4. Kentalin kuah dengan kasih tepung maizena

Sate:
Sate tempe & daging hoki vege, potong sesuai selera. Lalu goreng.
Masak bumbu sate vege (beli 5ribu), kasih 1 ons santan kental, dikit gula merah, kaldu jamur & garam, test rasa baru masukin tempe & daging hoki yg uda digoreng. Angkat & tusuk jadi sate.
