resep KOL GORENG vegetarian

Iris kol halus-halus, tulang kol buang.
Kasih garam dikit, kaldu jamur, gula dikit.
Remasi kira 15 menit.
Setelah itu peras kol sampai kering. Pakai tisu dapur alas sampai betul-betul kering.
*Taburi tepung putri dan tepung beras
(1 sdm tp putri +2 sdm tp beras)
*Kalau mau tahan garing kasih dikit baking powder.
*Bisa tanpa tp putri juga.
