Buncis Jahe
Bahan:
Buncis
Jahe, cincang halus
Cabe, potong kecil
Garam
Gula
Kaldu jamur

Cara
– Buncis direbus, taruh sedikit garam dalam air.
– Tumis jahe bentar, tambahkan cabe, gula, garam,
kaldu jamur.
– Masukkan buncis ke tumisan dan aduk bentar saja.
Angkat, tata buncis & tumisan di piring. Siap disajikan.
