Crispy Fried King Oyster Mushroom

Bahan:
King Oyster Mushroom, potong
sesuai selera, cuci, & peras kering
airnya.

Bahan pencelup
– Tepung terigu, tepung beras,
tepung putri serbaguna, lada itam bubuk, kaldu jamur, garam dan air secukupnya, aduk rata dengan
kekentalan sedang.

Baluran:
– Tepung roti kasar atau roti asin persegi dihancurin kasar.

Cara
– Celup mushroom ke bahan pencelup, balur ke tepung roti kasar, & goreng hingga kuning keemasan dengan api sedang.
Sajikan di piring dengan ditaburi cabe bubuk diatasnya..
