Kentang Cah Chaipo
Bahan:
Kentang
Chaipo
Jahe
Cabe
Gula, garam
Kaldu jamur
Kecap bango.

Cara
-Chaipo dipotong sesuai selera, rendam.
– Kentang potong-potong dan goreng.
– Jahe potong tipis-tipis panjang, cabe potong sesuai selera.
Tumis jahe sampai wangi, masukkan chaipo, tumis lagi. Kasih sedikit gula, kaldu jamur, kecap bango.
-Campurkan kentang goreng, aduk rata. Jika kurang asin bisa tambahkan kecap encer. Siap disajikan.
